冠靶科技是一家為全球玻璃鍍膜行業(yè)提供濺射靶材的供應(yīng)商，包括建筑玻璃、汽車玻璃、光伏以及其它涂層的鍍膜材料。
產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)方法有鑄造、粉末冶金、噴涂、綁定等。產(chǎn)品所涉及材料包括純金屬，合金以及氧化物陶瓷材料。
冠靶科技的濺射靶材產(chǎn)品分為平面靶和旋轉(zhuǎn)靶，大面積方靶尺寸可達2630x1900mm (G6 Mo)，旋轉(zhuǎn)靶材長度可達4000mm。
